Reporting a problem
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. A few details make it easier to reproduce:
- Your browser and its version.
- The exact error message, if there is one.
- Where it happens: the new tab, Quick Save or both.
- Whether it happens again in a fresh tab.
Questions about your data
The privacy policy explains what is stored and sent. Please leave personal links and private calendar addresses out of your message, and do not attach a backup: it contains your saved data.
For account deletion, write FixQuotes Sync account deletion in the contact form. You will need to verify the email on the account. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete it.
Suggesting a change
Describe what you were trying to do and where you got stuck. A specific example helps us understand the idea.
Have a look through the manual first. There may already be a setting or shortcut that helps.
